Well, I'm speechless!! I searched for Teri today in Yahoo! news and look what came up:HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - Portia DeRossi, a regular on Fox's "Ally McBeal," has been cast alongside Teri Hatcher in the indie feature "Two Girls From Lemoore". That's all that is said about the project. Wow! I can'r believe how much Teri is working currently!! This is so great for her fans I'm really amazed by just how many projects she's taking on! Go Teri!!!!! Scotte (who is excited about ALL of Teri's upcoming projects!) IP: 203.34.15.27 |

http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20000419/en/people-briefs_186.html Sounds like another high school reunion pic... could this be the Lemoore in the title? Lemoore Union High School District http://www.luhsd.k12.ca.us/ Lemoore High School is located in Lemoore, California, in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. ------------------ garyrudick@email.com http://listen.to/cabaret "...I do believe a woman can't be a truly great actress until she's had several pa ssionate affairs and had her heart broken..." - Teri Hatcher as Sally Bowles in Cabaret

I'm not complaining....far from it, but something must have changed in Teri's life over the past year. This seems to be a continuation of the solid effort she put into Cabaret. Filming on Spy Kids goes on, apparently, until the end of May and Teri was seen on set early in April. Everything depends on what sort of involvement she has in that film. If she can take on so many projects in such a short time, either each has only a week or so's work or she is becoming a workaholic, much as Dean Cain is. Either way, we are assured of plenty of publicity to follow up. I said at the beginning of the year that she would surprise us all. That is an understatement. Go, Teri![This message has been edited by thfan (edited 04-19-2000).] IP: 193.113.185.169 |

I have no doubt that Les will favour us with one of his famous movie posters when he gets the chance (way things are going, not sure when that will be) but meanwhile, this will give us some idea how the two Lemoore girls look together: IP: 195.99.49.245 |

Having Portina de Rossi in it the film will get some Australian publicity. Over here she's seen as a big public figure for the Australian film market. I'll keep my eye out for any Portia interviews or press. As far as the eating disorder claims, Portia has had a rough time with the Aussie press. Her and Teri have both been attacked by it, but lets just hope that it won't happen. scotte. IP: 216.226.215.20 |

This is the shot the press have been using over here to make their point. She was probably moving quite fast here, which can do peculiar things to muscle and flesh when captured by electronic flash. We also do not know when this was taken. All the pics I have seen on her fan sites look fine to me…… IP: 193.113.185.137 |

Worth the wait, Les, WTG! Until we hear more about the plot, there are a hundred different ways to tackle such a poster but this is as pleasant a way as any to make a start.IP: 193.113.185.169 |

Thanks and you are right, without know what the plot is makes it difficult to think of what a 'poster' should look like. So I looked around Portia sites and found a picture where I thought she looked nice and, well ofcourse finding a nice Teri picture wasn't too hard Once we know more about it I'll make another attempt at it. I am figuring the movie is about: 1) A reunion movie, which I really hope it isn't. (flashback of Dogwater comes to mind) OR 2) 2 beautiful ladies who have lived in LeMoore their whole life and finally break away and discover the real world (kinda like Thelma & Louise, minus the cliff ) Hopefully we will find out soon. Scott from Australia asked me to post this quote: I found this small little bit of press in the West Australian magazine today. The article is talking about upcoming movies that have Australian actors in them. Teri is mentioned with the Portia De Rossi movie

Let's hope that is reasonably current information and not just a repeat of the original casting announcement. All I have seen other than that is that the two girls "share something in common". What that might be, we have to wait and see....IP: 193.113.185.136 |
